Hedberg Oil Company is an independent oil and gas producer based in Fort Worth, Texas.

We leverage decades of experience in managing extensive, widespread mineral interests to maximize value for our partners. With assets spanning fifteen states—including nearly half of the producing counties in Texas—we maintain a deep working knowledge of the major producing basins across the United States.

While Hedberg does not act as an operator, we actively participate through non-operated working interests in the Permian, Fort Worth, and Williston Basins, as well as Central Oklahoma, East Texas, and North Louisiana.

We are constantly seeking new opportunities in mineral, royalty, and working interests, as well as lease acquisition projects. We are particularly focused on expanding our portfolio with "legacy quality," long-term properties that drive sustainable value.
